Very cute little Japanese store. A but overpriced but so worth it since there isn't much else like it around. Employees were so kind! I even picked up some snacks near the register.

I love this place! I think it's super cute (albeit a little cramped), and while there are lots of other asian markets around San Antonio, this one offers cutesy items such as Sanrio, Rikkuma, Min Moo Valley, and more! Theres some good items for cooking, and even some cookware and utensils, but I'd say it's better to go here for snacks and cute items. The staff is very kind and I even got a free drink since I spent more than $50! Definitely coming back.

I found out about Minnano Japanese Grocery through TikTok and for San Antonio, this little store might be the best place to go to for Japanese snacks and stationary items. Everything is organized really well. It can be a bit cramped inside when it's really busy as this is a popular spot. The customer service is great. I really like their Onigiri and the cashier even showed someone I was with how to open the packaging. It's nostalgic seeing all the snack options that remind me of my childhood and I had to go to this shop twice in one trip.

Love this market. They are bigger and carry more groceries and products now. A little pricey , but totally worth the visit. I love that almost all of the products have labels translated on the item.

This is a super cute Japanese store. It reminds me of going to a corner store in Japan and then some. It is super clean and bright lights so you can explore and get your Japanese drinks, gifts, cutlery, bowls, appliances. I was having so much fun checking out all the items and having memories of my childhood. Food: snacks, packaged items, sauces, frozen items but not fresh veggies. Employees: very friendly just like in Japan. They welcome you just like in Japan and ready to assist when and if you need assistance. Prices: some will say the prices are high but they are comparable to other Asian grocery stores. I was able to find ingredients from Japan that I cannot find anywhere else in San Antonio.

If there was an award for the 'cutest' grocery store, this place would win walking away. It's 100% Japanese, in the 'Hello Kitty' style of their culture. There's a good selection of frozen, canned, dried, and snack foods here - including pint sized green tea ice cream, multiple kinds of panko bread crumbs, and sauces galore. However what really stands out to me is the other merchandise - plushies, dragons, cat-themed everything, and a collection of some of the coolest soup bowls or tea sets you'll ever see. My only cautionary note is that I'd come on a weekday. This place is small and can crowded on the weekends!

Minnano is the cutest little grocery! They have lots of goodies like drinks, food, etc. However, the popular reason it's so packed is all of the cute stationary and Sanrio products! I took one star off because it is a really small grocery, so when it's crowded, there's not much space to walk by. I definitely loved looking around and seeing all of my childhood favorites!
